Everyday People
The aim of this project was for us to learn to carry out user analysis. I started my project by observing user behaviour. I observed and recorded user behaviour in the field. The next step was to summarise more information through a questionnaire.
I did a survey of library users.With many universities now offering offline courses, students have
less time to study intensively. I would like to investigate the information of users in the library for research. I posted the questionnaire at the door of the library. Users who come to the library can participate in the survey which increases the credibility of the questionnaire. (Scan the QR code to participate in the questionnaire.)
The next step was to find out more details by conducting interviews with the target users.
I interviewed people who came to the library. There are people who are going to the library over the holidays to study and people who are doing online study going to the library to do their homework. I interviewed people about their needs and demands for libraries.
The research was eventually completed about the target users and presented in a persona, empathy map and journey map.
